The Master Teacher Cadre kicked off last week with two full day sessions! Participants from school districts, RPDC’s and universities worked in four cohorts across the state to gain a deeper understanding of the eight elements connected to personalized, competency-based learning. A total of 96 participants learned together about how to create a classroom ecosystem that supports each learner!
Participants will next engage in virtual learning sessions over the next three months with a focus on one of two chosen pathways, Real World Learning or Learner-Centered Practice.
