The first monthly professional learning session for the SRSN Innovation Zones provided an opportunity for participants to:
- Gain an understanding of the State Board Approved MSIP Waiver
- Consider how to bring a learner-centered educational system to life
Theresa Ewald from the Institute for Personalized Learning (I4PL) stretched participants to rethink their current educational systems. She is one of the facilitators working regionally with our System Design Zone districts as they continue their journey in creating a systems approach to providing personalized competency-based learning. She will return as the national expert for the October 11th monthly learning session as well.
