There are still a limited number of slots available for school districts wanting to participate in the Innovative Design Learning Zone (ILDZ). Districts who join may participate in the monthly learning sessions and be apprised of updates connected to the innovative work of the System Design Zones. Additionally, district leaders are encouraged to invite their university partners to participate in the monthly learning sessions as Collaborative Network Zone (CNZ) members. Share with your contacts in preservice teacher education programs about this opportunity. This is one venue where higher education and school practitioners are learning and collaborating together. Additionally, we still welcome state and regional educational organization to join the CNZ. The Liberty School District is hosting school site visits to EPIC Elementary and EDGE Microschool from 8:00am-9:45am. The work of the SSRN provides the unique opportunity to collaborate with district leaders across Missouri to engage in high quality professional learning and study that is related to competency-based, personalized learning. This cost-free experience will be instrumental in helping Missouri educators determine best instructional and assessment practices while reimagining the current state assessment and accountability system.

Thanks to support from the Kauffman Foundation, there is no cost for districts to join the SRSN Innovation Zones.
