The System Design Zone (SDZ) Districts will be sharing with DESE on January 31, 2024 an update on the Demonstration Project Waiver (an Alternative Annual Performance Report). This collaborative effort is a work-in-progress which will span over three years. This State Accountability Waiver does have specific DESE check-in dates required by the State Board. Finalizing meetings will be held in the next few weeks with various SDZ groups of the SRSN prior to submitting to DESE.
An overview of the current progress toward the Demonstration Waiver Project was provided to the full SRSN at the January Monthly Learning session.
The February Monthly Learning session will provide insight for the full SRSN on the most current report submitted to DESE.
