Session 1: Culture Trumps Strategy: Reimagining and Re-envisioning a Positive School Culture

  • Intended Audience: Building Level Leaders

  • Description: What best describes your school’s culture? Is your culture supported by all stakeholders in the community? Is it intentional and purposeful or is it segmented throughout the district and campus? A culture that is transparent, positive, and shared by all members of the school community is important to all effective educational systems. In this session, Robert works with administrators and teachers to analyze the current organizational structures and measurements to then begin the renovation process of integrating effective “next practices” that are anticipatory and adaptive to the changing times.

Session 2: Using Artificial Intelligence to Support Teachers and Students

  • Intended Audience: Building Level Leaders

  • Description: Artificial Intelligence can be leveraged by building leaders to create opportunities to support teachers with immediate strategies and tools that will allow them to help students complete their coursework more efficiently, which will free up more time in their nights and weekends. Teachers will be tasked to employ these strategies, resources, and tools during the academic year. This session will provide an overview of tools and strategies to use A.I. to develop lesson plans; Assessment questions; Communication with parents; IEPs; Instructional strategies.

Session 3: Resilient School Leadership

  • Intended Audience: Building Level Leaders

  • Description: Leaders will be challenged to explore their personal resiliency intelligence and how it affects the culture of their school or district. Leaders explore how the factors of joy, empathy, trust, and vulnerability contribute to and enhance the effectiveness of their leadership practices. Leaders will also explore how resilience prepares them to support fellow educators in ways that allow them to better focus on positive student learning outcomes
