Using the Missouri Framework and a CBL/RWL mind-set, participants will:

1. Review and finalize the Theory of Action for assessment.

2. Develop a Theory of Action for accountability (define the WHY) that supports operationalizing the Theory of Action for assessment.

3. Identify content for a Demonstration Project that operationalizes our Theories of Action for Assessment and Accountability and removes barriers to implementing that work.
