Using the Missouri Framework and a CBL/RWL mind-set, participants will:

1. Develop a common language/understanding of the 8 elements of CBL/Personalized learning.

2. Consider elements for a redesigned assessment system.

3. Understand that CBL is a mindset you use to design up personalized learning that supports every student in having the knowledge, skills and disposition they need for high school, college, career and workplace readiness.

4. Meet people where they are and build a shared vision for how you achieve the intended goal.
